CHEMICAL LOGISITCS LAUNCHES NEW ERA OF GROWTH WITH THE STRAGETIC MOVE TO VALUE PARK, GQEBERHA! We are thrilled to announce the successful relocation of our Chemical Logistics Division from the Markman facility to our newly renovated facility at Value Park in Struandale, Gqeberha. This strategic move, effective 1 October 2025, marks a significant leap forward in our operational capabilities and commitment to client service. The new Value Park facility brings a host of strategic advantages that significantly elevate our operational capabilities. With a dramatically increased capacity, the warehouse now spans 15,000m 2 , tripling the size of our previous footprint and providing a solid foundation for both current operations and future growth. It also serves as an integrated operations hub, consolidating several key business units under one roof, including the Chemical Logistics Division, Plascon, Afrique, the Bond Store, and a specialised flammable storage unit. Strategically located in Struandale the facility offers enhanced proximity to our client base, enabling faster response times and stronger partnerships. It also fosters operational synergy by joining other Value Group divisions already established at Value Park, encouraging collaboration and resource sharing. Additionally, its prime position along the busy N2 highway ensures exceptional brand visibility, continuously reinforcing our presence in the region. BUILDING FOR THE FUTURE: EXPANSION ALREADY UNDERWAY Our commitment to growth extends well beyond the relocation to Value Park. We are actively advancing the next phase of expansion, starting with the construction of a second dedicated flammable storage facility, which is already underway and scheduled for completion early in the new year. This addition will further strengthen our ability to safely and efficiently manage flammable products. In parallel, plans are in place to increase our warehouse capacity by approximately 5,000m 2 , ensuring we continue to meet rising demand and maintain operational excellence. WHY THIS MOVE MATTERS This relocation is far more than just a change of address, it marks a transformative step in strengthening our operational foundation. The modern, integrated facility streamlines processes and significantly boosts efficiency, creating a stronger operational backbone. With expanded capacity and a strategic location, we are now better positioned to serve our clients and explore new business opportunities. Most importantly, Value Park provides the ideal environment for the Chemical Logistics Division to grow and evolve as a dynamic, essential part of our broader logistics network, laying the groundwork for sustained success. Since relocating to the 11,933m² facility, we have: • Strengthened our product mix to better serve customers across Forecourt and General Trade channels, giving them improved choice, value and availability. • Eliminated some of our inefficiencies by streamlining operations into a single, bigger and well-coordinated hub. • Stopped night shift operations, reducing risk, improving control, and creating a more productive and cost-effective working environment. • Centralised picking, packing, wrapping and distribution for all Key regions, excluding the Western Cape, through the new facility, improving customer range, and price through efficient purchasing • Reignited energy and pride within the business, thanks to a modern, efficient, and professional working environment. • Improved supplier engagement, as partners recognise the capability and strategic direction of Key.

Key Distributors successfully relocated from Value City to our new central warehouse at 140 N Reef Rd, Rietfontein 63-IR, Germiston earlier this year. This move was far more than a change of address, it marked a strategic shift in how we operate, serve our customers, and position the business for sustainable growth. This warehouse is big enough to support our growth ambitions, yet focused enough to remain well managed and controlled, providing a strong foundation for the next phase of our journey. The move wasn’t just about more space. It was about momentum, discipline, and building a business ready for the future.
