WORKSHOPS SHIFTING GEARS AND DRIVING EXCELLENCE IN 2025

The Workshop team proudly hosted its first-ever Open Day on 11 July 2025, welcoming colleagues from Sales, CRM, and Management to our Isando facility. The event offered a hands-on look into the operations, capabilities, and technical expertise that keep our automotive services running smoothly. This was the first of its kind, but certainly not the last! We look forward to expanding future events to include even more Value team members and customers. The day began with a warm welcome from Andrew James (National Workshop Manager) and Steven Gottschalk (CEO), followed by a rotating group tour through the facility. Each group explored different workshop areas, gaining valuable insights into our operations. Our facility is home to six specialised automotive divisions and a centralised service centre, each staffed by skilled technicians and equipped with modern tools and technology: • Vehicle Inspection & Diagnostics (Mechanical) • Maintenance Procedures • Tyre Maintenance • Panel Shop

This Open Day was a testament to the Workshop team’s dedication to Making Value Greater through collaboration, transparency, and a shared commitment to excellence. A heartfelt thank you to Steven (CEO) and Mano (Executive Operations Director) for providing the platform to showcase the incredible work of the Workshop team. And to all our internal customers, thank you for taking time out of your busy schedules to gain a deeper understanding of what it takes to keep the wheels of our Value Fleet turning. Here are a few key highlights from the tour: • Live demonstrations of diagnostic tools and mechanical troubleshooting • Preventive maintenance procedures including lubrication, oil changes, and brake system checks — featuring a brake roller test • Tyre fitting, pressure resets, and safety checks • Panelshop demos showcasing repair techniques and paintwork • Branding walkthroughs from inspection to decal application • Technical training session and open Q&A with workshop staff
